Mobster Project -- Part 1

XR Digital speedo and analog tach on our in house "Nightster" project code name MOBSTER. We took a stock '09 Nighster, removed the stock speedo, and transplanted the gauages from a new XR1200. The Nighster is now equipped with a digital speedometer and a analog tach. All from the imagination of Scottie at the SLC service department.

The V-Rod's not bad looking either

1982 Project....

Mike Finnegan is rebuilding a 1982 Sturgis model at the Salt Lake shop. When finished, the bike will be fully restored to 100% authenticity. No aftermarket parts, all original Harley parts are being used on the project. The eagle on the front fender designates the trademark Harley used after they bought the company back from AMF, making this build even more rare. It has the old school twin belt drive and orange/black mag wheels. You just can't help but to sing a little John Cougar "Hurts So Good" when you're reminiscing about this bike. Keep checking back, we'll post more pictures as Mike nears the completion of the bike. Sorry, it's not for sale.....
